NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA NA BATTHEY is a short animation made while in residence at Wysing Arts Centre, Summer 2016.
Laura O’Neill questions simple profundities, profound simplicities and dreams.
O’Neill’s past projects include Wysing Arts Centre, Cambridge, 2016; Composite, Brussels, 2016; Focal Point Gallery’s Big Screen, Southend-on-Sea, 2016; Bikini Wax, Mexico City, 2015; ICA, London, 2015; Camden Art Centre, London, 2015; Baltic 39, Newcastle, 2014; Podium, Oslo, 2014; Liverpool Biennale, 2014; Spike Island, Bristol, 2014; a recent public sculpture commission in Helsingborg, Sweden, 2016 and a film commission from Mexico City Metro, Mexico DF, 2015.
O’Neill has been selected to participate in the artists residency programme of the Rijksakadamie van Beeldende Kunsten, Amsterdam from January 2017.
